Question: I'm a patient at Anchorage OB/GYN and plan on seeing Dr. Merkouris at Denali, do I need to submit a request to have my records sent from the old office to the new one?
Answer: No, if you're an established patient and have seen Dr. Merkouris (or any provider at Anchorage OB/GYN) and will be continuing your care at Denali OB/GYN, your records will follow Dr. Merkouris and be available for any and all future visits at her new location.
Question: I'm an established patient at Anchorage OB/GYN but do not plan on continuing care at Denali, how do I request a copy of my records?
Answer: Please fill out the online request form and Release of Information (ROI). Once we have recieved the signed ROI, we will send your records to the designated provider within 72 hours*.
Question: Who/what number do I call to schedule a visit with Dr. Merkouris?
Answer: To schedule an appointment, call Denali OB/GYN at (907)222-9930.
(If you wish to see Dr. Merkouris specifically, be sure to mention her name when scheduling to ensure your visit will be with her.)
Question: I have an outstanding balance, how can I make a payment?
Answer: Payments can be made any of the following ways:
Pay online by filling out the "Make a Payment" form on our homepage

Mail your payment using the return envelope and slip accompanying your statement
E-mail email@example.com for encrypted PDF form or schedule call to make payment over the phone
